State of Emergency in Broome County to be Lifted at 6 P.M.
BINGHAMTON, NY – Broome County Executive Jason Garnar has lifted the State of Emergency effective at 6 P.M. on Friday, March 17, 2017.
The State of Emergency was declared at 8 A.M. on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 due to “Near blizzard conditions and poor road conditions.”
The Broome County Community Organization Active in Disaster (BCCOAD) will continue to assist residents throughout the weekend.
